CONZYME® DL10 – CELLULASE ACID

CONZYME® DL10 is a highly concentrated liquid acid cellulase preparation. It is specially formulated for the bio-polishing of fabrics and garments. It improves the softness and appearance of fabrics and completely reduces pilling. It is suitable for the finishing of cellulosic fabrics such as cotton, linen, viscose or lyocell.

Factors affecting CONZYME® DL10

• CONZYME® DL10 can work with pH from 4.5 to 5.0 and the optimum pH is 4.8.
• CONZYME® DL10 can operate at temperatures from 45 to 60oC and the optimum temperature is 55oC.
• Raising the temperature to 80oC for about 10 minutes, or when the pH is raised to 8.0 for 10 minutes can completely inactivate CONZYME® DL10.

DOSAGE

Ratio to liquid: 5:1-20:1

Enzyme content: 0.5-0.7% o.w.g.

Processing time: 30-60 minutes

PACKAGING, STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

• Packing specification is 25kg/carton or 30kg/carton
• Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a dry place at temperatures from 5 to 35oC.
• Shelf life is 6-9 months under recommended storage conditions.
