LAVANZYME P-S 003

Lavanzyme P-S 003 is a dust-free granular alkaline protease enzyme preparation derived from a selected strain of Bacillus spp. It is suitable for use in the development of detergent product lines. Lavanzyme-S 003 protease hydrolyzes insoluble protein stains into peptides and amino acids that can be easily removed during the washing process.

Product pH: 7.0 to 11.0

Temperature: 20-60oC

Optimal temperature: 40-45oC

Particle size: 20-40 mesh (0.425-0.850 mm)

DOSAGE

The recommended dosage of Lavanzyme P-S 003 is 0.1 – 0.3% (w/w) (ie 1-3kg of product for every 100kg of clothes). The exact dosage should be determined based on the following factors:

Washing conditions: washing temperature, washing time and detergent hardness;

Detergent formula;

Amount of detergent used in the washing process;

Desired washing performance.

PACKAGING & STORAGE

Lavanzyme P-S 003 is packaged in 20kg/drum, 25kg/drum and 1000kg/bag. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature of 0-25°C.
