iKnowZyme CAT 30L

iKnowZyme CAT 30L is a catalase enzyme that decomposes hydrogen peroxide into water and oxide. It promotes the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide and is used in the food industry. This enzyme has optimal stability.

EFFECT OF PH, TEMPERATURE

• Active in pH range 5.0 – 10.0, optimal at pH 6.0 – 8.0
• Temperature: 20 – 60oC, optimal 50 – 55oC
• Time: 10 -20 minutes
• Temperature depends on the manufacturing process and reaction conditions.
• Inactivate enzyme: increase temperature to 80oC for 10 minutes
• Recommended usage content: 0.05 – 0.1 % (Calculated per ton of raw material)

STORAGE CONDITIONS, EXPIRY DATE AND PACKAGING

• Packing: 30 kg/drum, 1125 kg/IBC plastic drum
• Guaranteed 95% potency after 9 months of storage at room temperature (25°C) (Avoid long-term storage at temperatures above 30°C or in direct sunlight)
• Please follow the recommendations and use the product before the expiration date to avoid needing a higher dose. The product can be shipped at ambient temperature.
