Lipase LP – 100L is produced from selected Aspergillus niger strains through fermentation, extraction and purification techniques. With high activity and conversion rate, LP – 100L is not only capable of hydrolyzing fats to produce mono- or diglycerides and free fatty acids, but also catalyzes the synthesis and conversion of esters.

Impact of pH: LP – 100L has a wide pH range and works effectively from 3 to 12.
Impact of temperature: LP-100L operates effectively in the temperature range of 15 to 60°C; the optimal temperature range is 35 to 55°C.
Packaging specifications: Lipase LP -100L is packaged in 25kg or 30kg HDPE plastic drums.
Expiry date: Typically 6 months if the product is stored below 25°C in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight. The shelf life will be up to 18 months if stored properly at 0 to 10°C. Long-term storage and/or under adverse conditions such as high temperatures may result in higher dosage requirements, so these disadvantages should be taken into account.
