Impact of pH: The DJP-3000 operates in the pH range of 6.0 to 12.0 with an optimum pH range of 10.0 to 11.0.

Impact of temperature: The operating temperature range of DJP-3000 is from 30 to 60oC; the optimum temperature range is 45-55oC.

Recommended dosage: Raw material to liquid ratio 1:3-9, pH 8-10, temperature 50-60°C, enzyme 0.16-0.5%, hydrolysis for 2-6 hours.

  • In the tanning process, the dosage for soaking is 0.0066-0.034% (on the mass of material); the dosage for softening is 0.02-0.066% and reacts for 3-6 hours at 35-40℃; the dosage for dehairing is 0.032-0.1% and reacts for 12-20 hours at 20-35℃, pH at 9-11.
  • During the degumming process, after the raw materials are pre-treated, the enzyme is added at a dosage of 0.26-0.8% at pH 9-11 and operated for 30-60 minutes at 40-50℃
  • In detergents, the recommended usage level is 0.06-0.34% by weight of detergent.

Packaging specifications: HDPE drum 25kg, 30kg or in IBC bag 1125kg.

Preserve: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity during transportation. Storage place must be clean, dry, cool, preferably with air conditioning.

Expiry date: 12 months if stored at 0 – 10oC in tightly closed containers and protected from light. Prolonged storage and/or under adverse conditions such as higher temperatures may result in increased dosage.
