Alpha Amylase ATA-80

ATA80 is a high-temperature alpha-amylase, made from the best strain of Bacillus licheniformis through submerged fermentation and extraction techniques. Can instantly hydrolyze starch, dextrin and soluble oligosaccharides in α-1,4 glucosidase linkage. The FDA considers this strain safe. Widely used for liquidation in the industry of starch sugar, monosodium glutamate, wine, beer, organic acids, etc.

Quality parameters: GrainZym ATA80L is a food grade enzyme and complies with the recommended purity specifications for food grade enzymes as set forth by the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) and the Food Chemicals Code (FCC). GrainZym ATA80L is manufactured under a quality management system according to the International Quality System Standard FSSC 22000.

Pack: ATA80 is available as 30 Kg (25L) or 1125 Kg (1000L) IBC.

Preserve: GrainZym ATA80L should be stored in a cool, dry place. Store in unopened container at 4°C or below to maintain maximum activity if stored for long periods of time. Under these conditions, operating losses after one year should not exceed 10%.

Prevention and Safety & Handling:

Inhalation of dusts or gases may be sensitizing and may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

Some enzymes may cause irritation to the skin, eyes and mucous membranes with prolonged exposure.

Avoid unnecessary contact with the product and inhalation of any aerosols or dust particles.

In case of spillage or contact with eyes or skin, promptly rinse affected area with plenty of water. All spills, no matter how small, must be carefully removed immediately.

Use respiratory protection. Large spills should be carefully scooped into a plastic-lined container. Small spills and the remains of large spills should be removed by vacuuming or flushing with water (avoid splashing).
