BAA-0200S is an alpha-amylase produced from Bacillus licheniformis strain through submerged fermentation, extraction and purification. Endoamylase can randomly hydrolyze starch, glycogen and an enzyme that can hydrolyze α-1, 4 glycosidic bonds, rapidly reduce the viscosity of starch solution and produce soluble dextrin and oligosaccharides. Excessive hydrolysis can produce a small amount of glucose and maltose.
EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON OPERATION
BAA-0200S has good heat resistance. When treated in a water bath at 90oC for 3 minutes, the enzyme activity is still retained above 80%.
BENEFITS OF BAA-0200S IN FEED INDUSTRY
With the obvious advantages of in vitro enzymatic hydrolysis, BAA-0200S brings the following benefits to the animal feed industry:
- Supplementing endogenous digestive enzymes that are often lacking in animals, especially young animals, helps improve the digestion of nutrients in food.
- Stimulates the secretion of endogenous digestive enzymes and enhances the immune system
- Make the most of nutrients and energy in food, helping to save on feed costs for pets.
DOSAGE
The recommended dosage of BAA-0200S is 20∼35g per ton of feed in TMR diet.
PACK
BAA-0200S is packed in 20kg PP woven bag with plastic bag inside. Or customized packing as required.
STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE
Avoid rain and sun during transportation.
The storage room should be kept clean, dry, cool, preferably in an air-conditioned room.
The shelf life is 6 months if this product is stored below 25oC in the original packaging, tightly closed and unopened, away from direct sunlight. The shelf life will be longer if properly stored at 0∼10oC
