BIO-Catalase

BIO-Catalase is a concentrated industrial grade liquid catalase preparation that effectively catalyzes the conversion of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to oxygen and water, and is suitable for enzyme formulations to remove residual H2O2 after bleaching. The product has no negative effects on textile fibers or dyes.

BIO-Catalase is a concentrated product used directly at low dosage or mixed into catalase product lines, used to decompose residual H2O2 on fabrics and pre-treat auxiliary solutions before the dyeing process, which is especially important.

Using BIO-Catalase creates an environmentally friendly process while not only reducing water consumption but also shortening treatment times. BIO-Catalase works well over a wide temperature range and the preferred process conditions are:

– Enzyme content: 0.2~0.4g/L – pH: 4.0~8.0

– Temperature: 20～70°C

– Processing time: 10～20 minutes

Preserve

The product can be stored for a long time. Should be stored in a cool, dry place at room temperature below 25°C, away from direct sunlight.

The product is researched and covered for textile process and cannot be used for animal feed and food industry.

Avoid breathing dust and enzyme vapors. In case of contact with skin or carpet, immediately rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
