Cellulase CE-100 is a liquid enzyme preparation derived from selected Trichoderma reesei strains through fermentation, extraction and purification. The product consists of endoglucanase, CellobiohydrolaseⅡ and β-glucosidase, which mainly act on the β-1, 4 bonds of cellulose molecules. Helps to decompose the structure of cellulose and decompose it into oligosaccharides and glucose.

Effect of pH on CE-100:
The effective pH range of CE-100 is from 4.0 to 6.5. The optimum pH is 4.8.
Effect of temperature on CE-100:
The effective operating temperature range of CE-100 is from 30 to 70°C; the optimum temperature is 55°C. CE-100 is completely inactivated at temperatures above 80°C within 10 minutes.
