COENZYME® DL6 – CELLULASE ACID

COENZYME® DL6 is a concentrated liquid acid cellulase preparation. This enzyme is specifically used for the bio-polishing of fabrics and garments. COENZYME® DL6 improves the softness and appearance of fabrics and completely reduces pilling. The product is suitable for finishing cellulosic fabrics such as cotton, linen, viscose or lyocell.

Acid cellulase is an acid cellulase enzyme fermented by non-pathogenic bacteria. It can remove the prominent fluff on the surface of cellulose fibers, giving the fabric a soft, comfortable feel and lasting durability; it can significantly reduce the pilling of the surface of cellulose fabrics, giving better gloss and more vivid colors after dyeing.

AFFECTING FACTORS
Effect of pH: COENZYME® DL6 can work with pH from 4.5 to 5.0 and the optimum pH is 4.8

Effect of temperature: COENZYME® DL6 can work at temperatures from 45 to 60oC and the optimum temperature is 55oC.

Enzyme inactivation: Increasing the temperature to 80oC for about 10 minutes or increasing the pH to 8.0 for 10 minutes can completely inactivate COENZYME® DL6.

Ratio to liquid: 5:1-20:1
Enzyme content: 1.0-1.5% o.w.g.
Processing time: 30-60 minutes

PACKAGING, STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Packaging is 25kg/carton or 30kg/carton
Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a dry place at temperatures from 5 to 35oC
Shelf life is 6-9 months under recommended storage conditions.
