Cellulase CE-2000 is a powdered enzyme preparation derived from selected Trichoderma reesei strains through fermentation, extraction and purification. It consists of endoglucanase, CellobiohydrolaseⅡ and β-glucosidase, which mainly act on the β-1, 4 bonds of cellulose molecules. From there, it can decompose the structure of cellulose and decompose it into oligosaccharides and glucose.

Effect of pH on CE-2000:
The effective pH range of CE-2000 is from 4.0 to 6.5. The optimum pH is 4.8.
Effect of temperature on CE-2000:
The effective operating temperature range of CE-2000 is from 30 to 70°C; the optimum temperature is 55°C. CE-2000 is completely inactivated at temperatures above 80°C within 10 minutes.
