Brzyme GA is glucoamylase (glucan 1,4-α-glucosidase), derived from Aspergillus niger strain through submerged fermentation. Glucoamylase can rapidly hydrolyze α-1,4 glycosidic bonds of liquefied starch and produce glucose. Brzyme GA can be used for saccharification in the wine industry, beer production, distillation, baking, grain processing, etc.
BENEFITS OF GLUCOAMYLASE BRZYME GA:
- Make the most of raw materials, increase the dextrose content formed
- Enhance saccharification ability, reduce evaporation and concentration costs
- The product has high stability, helping to simplify the production process
Operating conditions:
- pH 4,0-4,5
- Temperature 58-65oC
- The recommended dosage is 0.6-0.8 kg per ton of dry malt (the dosage should be adjusted according to the operating parameters of each mill and the desired dextrose content produced). This product has relatively stable activity in the pH range of 4.0 ~ 4.5 and temperature of about 58 ~ 63oC.
