Grainzym GA 2.0T is an exo-amylase capable of catalyzing the release of successive glucose units from the non-reducing end of gelatinized starch by hydrolyzing both the (1,4-alpha-D) bond as well as the branched (1,6-alpha-D) bond. Grainzym GA 2.0T is Kosher and Halal certified.

The recommended usage level of Grainzym GA 2.0T is 0.45 kg to 0.50 kg/ton of raw material (dry weight). Actual dosage depends on factors such as: type of raw material, % DS (dry solids), time, temperature and pH.
Storage: Should be stored at low temperatures, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and leave the bag open for long periods of time. This product was originally packaged at a temperature below 25oC, under low temperature storage conditions in a dry environment, and the shelf life is 12 months.
