Glucoamylase GA-2000S is produced from selected Aspergillus niger strains through fermentation, extraction and processing. GA-2000S has a high conversion rate of starch substrate into fermentable sugar. It can not only hydrolyze α-1,4 glucoside bonds, but also slowly hydrolyze α-1,6 bonds and α-1,3 bonds to release glucose.

Effect of pH on GA-2000S
GA-2000S operates with pH range from 3.0 ~ 5.5, depending on different applications.
The optimum pH range of GA-2000S is 4.0 ~ 4.5 and the ideal pH is 4.2
Effect of temperature on GA-2000S.
GA-2000S operates at a temperature range of 30 to 65°C with an optimum temperature range of 30 to 60°C, with an ideal temperature of 60°C. The inactivation capacity of GA-2000S increases rapidly at temperatures above 60°C and the product is completely inactivated at 70°C.
