ALKALINE PROTEASE DJP-3000

Alkaline protease DJP-3000 is produced from Bacillus licheniformis strain through submerged fermentation, extraction and purification. DJP-3000 can catalyze protein hydrolysis under alkaline conditions. It is suitable for food and brewing industries and can also be applied to leather tanning, silk bleaching and detergent manufacturing industries.

Impact of pH: The DJP-3000 operates in a pH range of 6.0 to 12.0 with an optimum pH range of 10.0 to 11.0.

Effect of temperature: The operating temperature range of DJP-3000 is from 30 to 60oC; The optimum temperature range is 45-55oC.

Recommended dosage: Raw material to liquid ratio 1:3-9, pH 8-10, temperature 50-60°C, enzyme 0.16-0.5%, hydrolysis for 2-6 hours.

• In the tanning process, the soaking dosage is 0.0066-0.034% (calculated by the weight of raw materials); The softening dosage is 0.02-0.066% and reacts after 3-6 hours at 35-40oC; The dosage for depilation is 0.032-0.1% and reacts after 12-20 hours at 20-35oC, pH at 9-11.
• During the degumming process, after the raw materials are pre-treated, the enzyme is added at a dosage of 0.26-0.8% at pH 9-11 and operated for 30-60 minutes at 40-50oC.

Preserve: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity during transportation. Storage place must be clean, dry, cool, preferably with air conditioning.

Expiry date: 12 months if stored at 0 - 10oC in sealed packaging and avoid exposure to sunlight. Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions such as higher temperatures may result in increased dosage.
