Brzyme FXE is an enzyme mixture of Beta-Glucanase and Xylanase. Brzyme FXE can be used for beer production to reduce viscosity, improve filtration and control beer turbidity, improve extraction yield, and hydrolyze proteins to increase free amino nitrogen content.

Recommended usage content: 100-200g/ 1 ton of dry malt, depending on the quality of the malt and the purpose of the saccharification process, the reaction conditions are adjusted appropriately or determined based on laboratory testing.

Storage: The product should be stored at temperatures below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. At this temperature the product has a shelf life of 6 months. If stored at temperatures below 10°C, the product has a shelf life of 18 months.
