GENZYME CLT

Genzyme CLT is a highly concentrated liquid neutral cellulase enzyme produced by controlled submerged fermentation and special post-treatment using a genetically developed strain of microorganisms. The product is suitable for bio-finishing processes in textile and laundry plants, providing effective cleaning of fabrics and garments under neutral pH conditions.

Conditions for using CLT Enzyme in the biological finishing process:

Enzyme content: 0.1~0.3% for fabric for bio-finishing

Liquid ratio: 5～15

pH: 5 ~ 7,5

Temperature: 30～70oC

Processing time: 15～60 minutes

The optimal usage depends on the type of fabric, processing time, pH, temperature, liquid ratio, auxiliary chemicals, etc.

Genzyme CLT is suitable for direct use or for more flexible formulations for individual textile and garment manufacturing plants. Genzyme CLT is compatible with most processing aids, including non-ionic wetting agents, dispersants. Compatibility testing is necessary to avoid any negative effects on the enzyme.

Inactivate enzymes: Deactivation of the enzyme should be considered carefully because failure to completely deactivate the enzyme will result in prolonged exposure of the garment or fabric to cellulase, causing unwanted loss of strength. You should use alkaline detergent, or soda ash, borax to adjust the pH > 10 and leave for 10 minutes.

Pack: 25kg, 30kg, 225kg in PE drum.

Preserve: The product should be stored in dry, dark, cool conditions below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and avoid freezing. The activity will decrease by less than 10% within 6 months from the declared activity if stored in the original packaging at temperatures below 25°C.
