Grainzym GA 4.0T is a food grade glucoamylase product produced from the controlled fermentation of a proprietary strain of Aspergillus niger. This enzyme preparation is specially researched for the production of alcohol from starch. Widely used in industries such as wine, distillery, brewing, etc.
Grainzym GA 4.0T is an exo-amylase capable of catalyzing the release of successive glucose units from the non-reducing end of gelatinized starch by hydrolyzing both the (1,4-alpha-D) bond as well as the branched (1,6-alpha-D) bond. Grainzym GA 4.0T is Kosher and Halal certified.

The recommended usage level of Grainzym GA 4.0T is 0.25 kg to 0.45 kg/ton of raw material (dry weight). The actual dosage needs to be optimized depending on many other factors such as type of raw material, % DS (dry solids), pH, temperature and time.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Should be stored at low temperatures, in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and leave the bag open for long periods of time. This product was originally packaged at a temperature below 25oC, under low temperature storage conditions in a dry environment, and the shelf life is 12 months.
