GrainZym OA is a mixed enzyme preparation capable of moderately hydrolyzing starch and protein molecules in cereals into small molecules, solving problems of starch aging (crystallization or coagulation of starch after gelatinization at low temperature), protein coagulation, etc., prolonging the shelf life of the product, while improving the flavor of the product and increasing production capacity.

How to use
The recommended dosage of GrainZym OA is 0.1-0.3kg/ton of raw material (dry basis). The actual dosage when used needs to be optimized depending on factors such as raw material particle size, pH, temperature and enzyme treatment time, etc. We recommend that customers carry out practical trials before reaching the optimal dosage.

Packaging, storage and expiry date
GrainZym OA is packaged in 30 Kg HDPE drums and 1125 Kg IBC drums.
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place at the recommended storage temperature below 25oC and away from direct sunlight. The potency will decrease to less than 10% of the original potency within 1 year when stored below 25oC in the original sealed packaging. Avoid storing the product at freezing temperatures.
