Lipase LP – 10 powder preparation is produced from selected Aspergillus niger strains through fermentation, extraction and purification techniques. With high activity and conversion rate, LP – 10 is not only capable of hydrolyzing fats to produce mono- or diglycerides and free fatty acids but also catalyzes the synthesis and conversion of esters.

This enzyme is manufactured to achieve optimal stability.
The typical shelf life is 6 months if the product is stored below 25°C in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight. The shelf life will be up to 18 months if stored properly at 0 to 10°C. Long-term storage and/or under adverse conditions such as high temperatures may result in higher dosage requirements, so these disadvantages should be taken into account.
