The product is used in syrup\/beer production.<\/p>\n<p>GrainZym BTA 2L is Kosher, Halal certified, non-synthetically produced and highly biodegradable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATIONS AND BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High maltose content in the product reaches 53%<\/li>\n<li>Maltose content can be significantly improved when combined with pullulanase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>DOSAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conditions for using the product according to the manufacturer's recommendations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saccharification pH 5.5 ~ 6.5<\/li>\n<li>Saccharification temperature 50 ~ 60oC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Recommended usage is 0.2-0.3 kg\/1 ton of dry starch and saccharification time is 24-48 hours. The product is applied in the production of high-content maltose combined with pullulanase.<\/p>\n<p>Used in the production of high quality malt syrup and maltose syrup specifically for beer.<\/p>\n<p>The actual dosage needs to be optimized depending on factors such as starch type, starch quality, %DS (dry solids), pH, temperature and time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PACKAGING, STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>GrainZym BTA 2L is available in 30 Kg (25L) or 1125 Kg (1000L) IBCs<\/p>\n<p>GrainZym BTA 2L should be stored in a cool, dry place. Store in unopened containers at temperatures of 4\u00b0C or below to maintain maximum activity if stored for long periods.<\/p>\n<p><strong>USE ENZYMES SAFELY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Avoid breathing dust or enzyme vapors. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes.
