This enzyme is used to hydrolyze Pullulan (a polymer chain of maltotriose linked together via \u03b1-1,6 glycosidic bond). PU-700 can effectively cleave the \u03b1-1,6 glycosidic bond of amylopectin, and then cleave the entire branch structure to produce amylose.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effect of pH on Pu-700:<\/strong> PU-700 works in the pH range of 4.0 ~ 5.0 depending on different applications. The optimum pH of PU-700 is 4.2 ~ 4.6.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effect of temperature on Pu-700:<\/strong> The effective operating temperature of PU-700 is from 50 to 65\u00b0C and the optimum temperature range is from 55 to 65\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended dosage:<\/strong> 110 \u2013 1880 gr\/ton of raw material.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inactivate enzymes:<\/strong> To inactivate PU-700, increase the temperature above 80oC and hold for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Packing: 30kg HDPE drum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expiry date and storage: <\/strong>The product should be stored below 25\u00b0C, away from direct sunlight. At this temperature the product has a shelf life of 6 months.
