pH Effect: AP-1000S can operate at pH from 2.0 – 6.0, with optimum pH from 2.5 – 3.5.

Temperature impact: AP-1000S can operate at temperatures ranging from 30 – 65oC, with an optimum temperature of 40 – 50oC.

Instructions for use:

In animal feed mixture, AP-1000S is usually added at a dosage of 0.01∼0.05kg/ton.

In the production of high protein feed, AP-1000S is added to the sterilized and cooled mash, mixed evenly and fermented in the tank. Using AP-1000S can increase the protein content by 4∼10%. The recommended dosage of AP-1000S is 0.1∼0.2kg/ton of raw material.

The storage room should be kept clean, dry, cool, preferably in an air-conditioned room.

The shelf life is 6 months if this product is stored below 25oC in the original packaging, tightly closed and unopened, away from direct sunlight. The shelf life will be longer if properly stored at 0∼10oC.
