BIO-GAFA 650BR is specially researched for distilled beverage products and especially rice wine with the following outstanding benefits:

  • Promote the growth of yeast, improve the fermentation ability and fermentation speed of yeast, help to shorten the fermentation cycle, improve the liquefaction speed and reduce the storage time.
  • Compensate for enzyme deficiency in alcohol, increase productivity in the production of distilled beverages and rice wine for large-scale production. This enzyme mixture can be used in the production of alcohol under different conditions.
  • Not only does it improve the yield and quality of wine without affecting the original flavor of wine during fermentation, but it also significantly increases the content of aroma components and speeds up the reaction equilibrium between alcohol, aldehyde and acid ester.
  • Helps increase alcohol recovery efficiency on 3% compared to the enzyme customers are using.

APPLICATION CONTENT AND USE

  1. Rice wine production: Recommended usage is 1 – 2kg BIO-GAFA 650BR/ton of raw materials. Optimal usage is 1.8kg/ton of raw materials. The product is mixed with yeast, yeast and raw materials.
  2. Production of distilled soft drinks (Solid state fermentation method): Recommended usage content is 1 – 2 kg BIO-GAFA 650BR/ton of raw material. Optimal content is 1.8 kg/ton of raw material. The product is mixed with wine yeast, brewer’s yeast and raw cereals.
  3. Production of distilled soft drinks (Liquid fermentation method): Recommended usage content is 1 – 2 kg BIO-GAFA 650BR/ton of raw material. The optimal content is 1.8 kg/ton of raw material. The product is added at the beginning of the saccharification process and mixed well.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

Should be stored at low temperature, in sealed packaging in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. This product was originally packaged at 25oC, under low temperature storage conditions in a dry environment and the shelf life is 12 months.
